Frequently Asked Questions About A Twisted Fate
DOES CONTAIN SPOILERS!
  • Where did the idea come from?
It came to me in a dream. How cliche right? Well, it was actually a nightmare. I woke sweating and panting, and subsequently I pulled out my notebook and jotted it all down. Five years later it was finished.

  • Is there a sequel?
Well, no... And yes. I did just publish the prequel to this story The Twisted Secrets of the Leadership. But let's just say that's not all there will be.

  • Why did you pick the title A Twisted Fate?
I picked that name - after going through a few others - because of how much torture this destiny puts on Evangeline's mind. She goes from failing history to being hunted down for her genocidal fate. It's a little twisted, yeah?

  • The prologue confuses me; is that the same Evangeline?
The Evangeline in prologue is not the same one as the rest of the story. Evangeline Morris is the ancestor of Evangeline Welt.

  • Was Brad Ben's alternate personality or vice versa?
Ben was Brad's alternate personality or in other words: Brad was the base personality. The one he was born as. But after meeting Evangeline, Benjamin was developed to accommodate to her as Brad was too abrasive. While Bradwer knew of Benjamin's existence - as he was the creator - Benjamin had no consciousness of Bradwer whatsoever. Other than that was his real name, of course.

  • Is there gonna be a movie?
Not that I know of... Yet.

  • Got any recommendations for books I can read while I’m waiting for the next novel to come out?
None that I can think of right now. I always suggest that one reads the Twilight Saga but that's because of my own personal and unwavering obsession.

  • Evangeline is said to have blue eyes, so.. is she black?
She is black and she does have blue eyes. This is so that she easily recognized among her peers.

  • Is A Twisted Fate about you?
In so many ways, yes. In my dream, I was this powerful woman who was able to overcome all of these obstacles. But in a literal sense no. But I do like to think that I am capable of such change as she.
